- The incumbent on this position is responsible for accurate accountability of the cashier department activity - Performance in this position must be pleasant, efficient, an honest manner at all times - Will also be responsible for accurately completing and updating electronic MTL/MiL and chip bank - Accurately process Poker Room activity; verification of front line cashier transactions over $1,000.00; verification of hand-to-hand transactions between cashiers; conduct transactions with other departments as needed, in the absence of Assistant Supervisor or above - This position must be able to perform Cashier duties as needed - Understands department objectives, standards, and guidelines - Posses thorough knowledge of casino policies for all cashier areas - Maintain security and accountability over all funds, to include chips, coins, tokens, cash currency, foreign cash currency and paperwork - Observe and verify funds received and disbursed to other departments, guests and transactions between cashiers - Verify all Cashier and Main Bank paperwork is accurately completed prior to sending to accounting/Audit - All internal customers must be treated with prompt, courteous and friendly service - Be flexible with your schedule and be willing to assist in any cashiering area as needed and instructed to do so by the Cashier Lead/Supervisor on duty - Ensure accurate compliance with E-MTL/MiL paperwork and entry - Process table fills and credits per requests - Process Poker Room transactions - Perform the duties of front line cashiers as business demands - Perform check cashing transactions - Thorough knowledge of the paid in/out guidelines - Work with Vault to ensure timely process of buys
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: - Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. - Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.Promotions:- Organizes and executes the regularly scheduled entertainment acts for all performances on property. Monitors calendar for promotions at the property following the strategy of the promotions department. Manages oversight of media used to communicate current and upcoming promotional efforts for the guests, team members, and regulatory agencies.Special Events:- Coordinate and track, as needed, groups responding to special and VIP party events. Dress in appropriate uniform/attire based upon event/venue, occasionally a costume may be used.
- Provide stellar customer service to internal and external customers including participation in and promotion of customer service programs to continuously improve customer service. - Retrieve, prepare, display, sell and serve products to guests as required to serve party room events. - Follow appropriate food handling procedures to ensure safe, quality products. - Maintain freshness of food and beverage items by rotating and filling items as needed and maintaining items at appropriate temperatures. - Perform tasks to ensure an attractive and safe physical appearance of working areas including cleaning, sanitizing, sweeping and mopping all areas. - Ensure that all areas are clean and attractive including but not limited to cleaning tables and removal of dishes, cups, tableware, debris and litter and cleaning floors. - Ensure supplies are stocked as needed including but not limited to plates, napkins, tableware, condiments and food products. - Perform tasks as needed to complete necessary paperwork, account for cash, Credit or check payments and make appropriate drops. - Set up, tear down and clean up party room areas for events including proper arrangement and presentation of tables, chairs, decorations, AV equipment, stages, podiums, dishes, tableware, glasses, cups, and food and beverage products or other props or products as needed. - Operate machinery as needed including cash registers where applicable and beverage machines. - Receive and properly store and use items including pop canisters, CO2 tanks, bottled beverages and linens. - Comply with all alcohol awareness training.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities: - Assists and supports the Marketing Department with casino promotions and events on select shifts by performing various duties to support customers’ visits and/or events.- Answers phone calls and proactively assists customers (internal and external) with their concerns- Welcomes bus patrons, confirming, counting, balancing and distribution of any coupons.- Accurately completes paperwork referring to lost or stolen patron articles.- Light clerical work to include but not limited to; envelope stuffing, filing, faxing and copying.- Assists guests by directing them to appropriate areas and contact department for guest needs.- Maintains up-to-date information of casino events to ensure guests will receive accurate and prompt information when requested.- Responsible for educating patron’s on the value of the loyalty program; assists patrons with questions as they relate to the property and loyalty program.- Work in conjunction with other departments on an as needed basis.- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.- Adheres to all company, state, and regulatory policies and procedures.- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.- Other duties as assigned.
